"Wish I’d bought it sooner"
I bought a jacket from finisterre for those cold early morning walks, i kind of regret not getting one sooner. It’s properly warm without making me feel like I’m bundled up in some huge bulky coat, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve worn it in wind and a bit of light rain, and it kept me cosy the whole time. The sizing was pretty much spot on for me and delivery was fine too. It’s definitely not cheap, but so far it feels like money well spent

"Really solid quality overall"
I bought a jumper and a rain jacket from finisterre and, to be fair, both have really impressed me. The stitching is tidy, the fabrics feel properly substantial, and they’ve already had plenty of wear without starting to look tired. They’re definitely not the cheapest, so I’d get why someone might hesitate, but in my experience the quality does back up the price

I’ve been buying from Finisterre for ages now i’m still really happy with it. The loyalty points are easy to use and they actually feel worth bothering with, which isn’t always the case with these things, anyway, yeah, it’s been a solid experience for me

I bought a jacket and a tee last year, and they’ve both held up great after a ton of wears and washes. No thin spots, no weird stretching, just still feels solid, if that makes sense. I’m happy with them

"Mostly Dry, But the Cuffs Were a Letdown"
It did a good job keeping me dry overall, but the cuffs ended up getting damp after a while, which was annoying. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i never really trust that they’ll do much besides give you a generic response. Decent enough, but not perfect.

I ordered a jumper and was relieved when it arrived in all-paper packaging. No random plastic bits for me to deal with, no huge box, and nothing I had to feel guilty about tossing in the recycling. I’m careful about avoiding extra waste when I can, so this was a nice surprise. Little thing, but it definitely makes me more likely to order again.

"Reliable delivery, could use clearer instructions"
I’ve ordered from finisterre a couple of times now, and the shipping has been really dependable. The tracking email came through quickly, and the parcel arrived exactly when it said it would, with no chasing around or random delays. Packaging was totally fine too. My only small thing is I was expecting the instructions or info included to be a bit clearer, but overall it’s just nice when an order turns up without any hassle.

I had to send a jacket back to Finisterre because the fit wasn’t quite right. The returns page was clear, and getting the label sorted was no hassle at all!! I dropped it off and got updates along the way, which was reassuring. The refund did take a bit longer than I expected, about a week after it arrived back, but overall it was a smooth process. Not the quickest, but I’d still order from them again.

"Good so far, but hood could be better"
I bought a waterproof jacket from Finisterre and have worn it on a few windy, rainy coastal walks. So far, it’s done a good job of keeping the rain out, and I didn’t feel overly sweaty in it, which I was pleased about. I can’t really say how it’ll hold up long term yet, as I’ve only used it a handful of times, but my experience has been positive overall. The only thing knocking it down to 4 stars is that the hood gets a bit fiddly when the wind really picks up. Still, I’m happy with it
